A driver in a tailored grey jacket arrives within your scheduled window and logs each garment against a paper docket in your presence. A duplicate is left with you. We do not use branded bags or vans. The collection is unobtrusive.
Every garment is photographed at intake and again before return. Should we find or cause damage we will inform you in writing the same day and agree the remedy with you - restoration in our atelier, or a make-good under our care policy.

Cover for garments in our care is set out in our care policy. Eveningwear and pieces of particular value can be registered at intake - ask your handler for the current terms in writing.
